Julia had a wonderful 1st birthday party. She celebrated with lots of friends and family. She had fun opening many nice gifts. One of her favorites was a jewelry box given by Gram and Pa Paw that had a mirror on top. We all laughed seeing her lean in to see herself. She also got some clothes, a barn, a portable DVD player, stuffed animals, a ride-on bus, a rocking caterpillar, a large piggy bank, books, a tea set, money and believe it or not--a mutual fund. She had a great time playing with balloons and her cake. We want to thank everyone who took the time to attend her party. Julia is so fortunate to have so many people that love her and such a huge support system!! This day was very special for many reasons. Another exciting event in our day was when Julia took her first step. We were all really excited about her reaching this awaited milestone! Before long, she will be walking everywhere!
