Winter Break

We enjoyed our time together during these snow days. An extra week off at Christmas allowed us to do many fun activities. We found things to do indoors since the wind chill got as low as -15.

We went to Chuck E. Cheese.

I also took Julia skating for the first time. It started out as a great idea. She was so excited to go and to get her skates on. . .

But then not so happy to actually skate on them.

It didn't get any better so after hearing her cry for what seemed like an eternity, we left.

We played Dress Up!!

Julia carefully painted and decorated a princess wand. She claims this is the wand used by the fairy Godmother.

And after all the fun, they were just too tired to do anything. . .

Joseph fell asleep while eating a snack.

Julia fell into her bowl of ice cream.

And on another day, her head hit the table while eating peanut butter and jelly.
